1. Service Scope
LiftLocal.in operates as a curated storefront for farm-sourced products in Tamil Nadu. We operate on a delivery-only model with no physical retail walk-in premises.
2. Ordering & Payment
The website creates an anonymous shopping list with an order code. Official order confirmation, inventory validation, and UPI payments are finalized directly inside WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once accepted by the owner in WhatsApp.
3. Dispatches & Delivery Schedules
Orders dispatched weekly based on your timely order. As natural farm products are prepared in small batches (such as freshly wood-churned oils and unpolished grains), dispatch schedules follow harvest cycles. Courier or delivery charges are shared upfront in WhatsApp.
4. Returns & Quality Assurance
Because these are natural edible crops with no chemical preservatives, please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If there is damage during transit, send a photo to our WhatsApp Business channel within 24 hours for a prompt resolution or replacement.
